Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Aceso website and clinic workspace. Aceso is built by Onepx. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Business and support enquiries can be sent to agency@onepx.in.

1. Accounts and authority

You must be an adult authorised to use the service for your clinic. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. Keep account and clinic information accurate, protect credentials, and manage team permissions. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. What the service provides

Aceso supports clinic administration, including patient records, enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and supported messaging integrations. Features can vary by plan, setup, and provider availability.

Aceso is an administrative tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Clinic professionals remain responsible for clinical decisions and verifying records, bookings, and communications.

3. Your records and patient communications

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You authorise us to process it as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for its accuracy, lawful collection, appropriate notices, consent where required, and compliance with applicable medical-record and privacy obligations.

Before using reminders, broadcasts, or automated messages, obtain the necessary permissions, respect opt-outs, and check recipient details and message content. Do not send unsolicited, misleading, or unlawful communications. WhatsApp and other integrations are subject to their providers’ terms, approval processes, usage limits, and delivery conditions.

4. Acceptable use

Do not access another clinic’s information without authorisation, share credentials improperly, upload malicious content, disrupt the service, bypass limits or security controls, infringe another person’s rights, or use Aceso for unlawful activity. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or a security risk.

5. Trials, plans, and payments

Any trial duration, included credits, subscription price, billing cycle, taxes, renewal conditions, and usage charges will be shown in the applicable offer or order before you accept it. Trial access and credits are limited to the offer provided to your account.

Review cancellation and refund conditions supplied with your purchase. If a payment is incorrect or you need to cancel, contact agency@onepx.in. Statutory rights and any separately agreed written terms continue to apply. We will not apply a new price to an agreed billing period retroactively.

6. Availability and third-party services

Maintenance, network issues, and third-party outages can interrupt access or delay messages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful delivery of every message. Keep appropriate copies of records your clinic must retain and establish an alternative process for time-sensitive patient communication.

7. Intellectual property

Aceso’s software, design, and branding belong to their respective owners. You receive permission to use the service for your clinic while your account is authorised. These terms do not transfer ownership of the software or grant permission to copy, resell, or distribute it without authorisation.

8. Ending access and deleting an account

You can request cancellation or use the available account-deletion controls. Account deletion includes a 30-day recovery period before scheduled deletion; export or arrange to retain information you need before requesting deletion.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach, non-payment, security threats, or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Retention and privacy requests are explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing. Each party remains responsible for its own actions and obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact agency@onepx.in first about a service dispute so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protections remain in force.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The revision date appears above. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through the service or available account contact details, with notice where required.

For questions about these terms, contact agency@onepx.in.
