Can I manage enquiries and bookings together?

How do WhatsApp reminders work?
After your clinic’s WhatsApp connection is configured, you can use supported appointment and follow-up actions to send reminders. Messaging requires the appropriate patient permissions and available credits, and is subject to WhatsApp’s template and delivery rules.
Can I try Aceso before choosing a plan?
Yes. Start a trial to set up your clinic. The trial includes 500 WhatsApp message credits and ends when those credits are used. Contact us for current plan details.
How is patient information handled?
